Where and why we differThose who are familiar with yacht chartering know that usually you:
Embark on Saturday evening after 17:00, (Day 1)
Start your trip on Sunday morning, (Day 2)
Return in port on Friday evening before 18:00 (Day 7)
Disembark on Saturday morning before 09:00. (Day 8)
This suits, the passemgers (charter flights, hotels etc) and the boat's preparation between the trips.
We try to follow the same schedule even for our shorter trips but since most of our passengers combine their sailing trip with some days on land before or after their trip, we are more flexible.
Also, our skipper on board will manage that the boat will return on time so we can adjust our itineraries, especially these in the "Already in Lesvos" list, so you will have the maximum time at sea without spending time in ports and marinas in the begin and the end of your trip.
So, in the previous example, if it fits you, we could:
Meet with you the day before so we can show you the boat, have a drink or dinner together and discuss about your trip.
In our example it would be Saturday evening. (Day 1)
Embark and Start your trip on Sunday morning at 09:00 (Day 2)
Return and Disembark on Next Saturday evening before 19:00 (Day 8)
This way you have a full last (in this example 8th) day.
