Our skipper will fill this form as far you provide the data required:
NAME,
SURNAME,
DATE of BIRTH,
ID or PASSPORT NUMBER 
NATIONALITY
    for all passengers.
We give a Crew List to the Port Authorities before our departuret and in some cases when entering or leaving from a port during our trip.
