Embarkation, Departure Return, Disembarkation
Where and why we differ
Those who are familiar with yacht chartering know that for a 7-days trip, you:Embark on Saturday evening after 17:00, (Day 1)
Start your trip on Sunday morning, (Day 2)
Return in port on Friday evening before 18:00 (Day 7)
Disembark on Saturday morning before 09:00. (Day 8)
This suits, the passemgers (charter flights, hotels etc) and the boat\'s preparation between the trips.
We try to follow the same schedule, even for our shorter trips, but since most of our passengers spend some days on Lesvos either before or after their sailing trip our standard is to:
Embark and start your trip in the morning of the 1st day
Return to port on the evening of the last day.
Even if you prefer to disembark in the morning of the last day our skipper will manage that the boat will return to port in time, so, if you prefer, you can spend the last night in a nice cove and enter the port of Disembarkation in the morning of the last day before 10:00.
So a 7 days trip has 7 full days and 6 nights on board!!!
Any difference from this standard, like embarkation in the evening of the 1st day, gets a reasonable discount from the initial price.
